VisitPlan is a free route-planning service. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Route safety
VisitPlan helps arrange stops and calculate driving routes, but it is only a planning aid. Routes may not always be the fastest, safest or suitable for your vehicle.
Check current conditions and use your own judgement. Road signs, closures, restrictions and emergency-service instructions always take priority.
Do not use VisitPlan while driving. It must not be used for emergencies or any situation where an inaccurate or delayed route could put someone at risk.
Responsible use
You may use VisitPlan for lawful personal or business route planning. You must not:
- Enter information you are not allowed to use or include highly sensitive personal details.
- Damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Make excessive automated requests.
- Use VisitPlan unlawfully or to harm another person.
VisitPlan is not intended for children under 13.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care when providing VisitPlan, but mapping data, postcodes, journey times and road conditions can be delayed or incorrect. Check important information before relying on it.
VisitPlan may occasionally be unavailable or changed because of maintenance, security, technical problems or circumstances outside our control. Routes are not permanently saved, so keep your own copy if needed.
Other services
VisitPlan relies on Mapbox, Postcodes.io, OpenAI and Cloudflare. Apple Maps and Waze are separate services. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for changes they make to their services.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms removes your rights under UK consumer law.
We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect information you provide, ignoring road signs or safety advice, or events outside our reasonable control.
Business users are responsible for checking that VisitPlan is suitable for their work and keeping any required records.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled.
We may update these terms when VisitPlan, the law or its service providers change. The latest version will appear on the website.
UK law applies, and UK consumers can bring a claim in their local courts.
